- We ship every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
- For same day delivery (within Metro Manila only), please send us a message on Instagram @gobasicph.
- For pick ups, exact address and day of pick up will be sent once payment is received/verified.
- No shipping and pick-ups on Sundays.

We ship worldwide through our partner courier, LBC. During checkout, the minimum shipping rate will be provided depending on the region.IMPORTANT: Please include all necessary information when inputting your shipping address and number.

International shipping will take around 7-14 days.
Can I have the item gift-wrapped and sent directly to the recipient?
Yes, one recipient per transaction can be done. Just select for gifting and input the name, address, contact number of the recipient, and other instructions before you check out.
Yes, we have bulk prices for certain items and we can also customize labels depending on the quantity. Please message us on Instagram or email us at sales@gobasicph.com.
Can I return or exchange the items I purchased?
- We accept return and refund or exchange of defective regular priced items within 7 days of purchase. This does not apply to items bought on sale/discounted items.
- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be proven defective, unused and in the same condition that you received it- with tag and original packaging, and with a proof of purchase. Items with makeup stains will not be accepted.
- We will cover shipping fees for the return and exchange of defective items.
- Items that will be returned due to wrong size or change in preference may be exchanged only once, provided the buyer presents a proof of purchase, items are unused, undamaged, without makeup stains, and in their original packaging. These items may only be replaced but will not be refunded. Buyer will shoulder the shipping fees. Exchange is not allowed on items bought on sale.
- Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will inspect it and notify you if your return is approved.
- Refunds will be made via bank deposit or online transfer.
